Adele Laurie Blue Adkins, best known just as Adele. She is a British singer, songwriter, and entrepreneur. She was discovered off Myspace back in 2006 and has been a singing sensation ever since, she has won multiple Grammy Awards, Brit Awards and her albums have gone on to be certified platinum in the UK and all over the world. Her album 21 was certified 16 times platinum in the UK, and in the US it dominated the top spot on the billboards longer than any album since 1985, the album also went onto be certified Diamond.
It was almost hard to believe someone who comes from such humble beginning could house quite possibly the greatest voice in the history of the modern era. Adele with her album 21 went onto set various records in the Guinness Book of world Records. Including being the first woman in history to have 3 simultaneous top 10 singles as a lead artist, and being the first female artist to simultaneously have 2 consecutive albums in the top 5 on the Billboard 200.
For being only 27 years old she is one of the most influential and the most versatile singers we have ever seen, she is admired by the liked of Kanye West and Beyoncé who have both come out and praised her music publically. One of her role models growing up, Madonna also has expressed various times a desire to work with Adele. And maybe the icing on the cake, when Celine Dion performed Adele’s certified diamond single “Rolling in the Deep” at her show at the Coliseum in Caesars Palace. And took a moment to acknowledge the greatness which is in the form of Adele.
Besides music she has always remained busy with various charitable causes and foundations which she believes in. Regularly performing her songs at benefits whenever her busy schedule allows her to do so.
